It is specially formulated with our Essential Magnesium Sports Complex™ and other natural healing ingredients. Take it with you on the road, at the park or at the gym. Our Recovery Spray comes in 3 oz bottles and can be used pre- or post-workout. Use pre-workout for optimal performance. Use post-workout to relieve those areas that are painful. Shake well. Spray 4-5 times on those areas that are painful, inflamed or swollen. Rub in immediately and thoroughly and use as often as needed.
